SANTA DASH

Meet at the shops in Parbold NO LATER THAN 8am to catch the PINK PANTHER SANTA SPECIAL to the race. Everyone who has entered should already have recieved their Santa suit ( unless you entered late in which case I think you can it pick up there.)

A few of our children are taking part in the Mini Santa Dash at 11am, so the coach back to Parbold will probably leave about 12noon.

Last year we had pink tutus over our Santa Jackets and stripy socks instead of the huge trousers. Dig these out again if you still have them, alternatively customize you outfit as you wish - the pinker the better - remember there is a prize for the best costume!

CHRISTMAS PARTY - SUN 3rd Dec 3pm- 5pm

This is very much a family affair and the Party is open to all Pink Panthers and their families.
So we have a vague idea of numbers could you please phone Paula Gaterell to let her know of numbers and waht you could bring towards the buffet and drinks.

HELP!! This party is organised by the committee and we have managed to make it free this year but we would appreciate any help in either setting up or clearing up, please also let Paula know if you could help out in any way THANKS

BOTTLE RAFFLE
This worked really well as a bit of fun and a fundraiser - please bring a bottle of anything ( From washing up liquid to the best champaign!) and we'll raffle it off, and you could go home with something better than you came with!!

PRESENTATION & AWARDS
To celebrate our first full year as a club, this year we will be giving out awards this year - so please be there if you can you may well have a medal out there with your name on it!

Ashurst Beacon XC Sun 5th Nov 2006

The pride proudly show off their mud collection!

It was great to see such a good turn out from our Pink Panthers this Sun. For some (Clare and Jan) it was their first taste of a true cross country race, and considering this is one of the hardest races in the series - just think it can only get easier!

Well done to everyone for getting out there and getting muddy. Also thanks to anyone involved in the butty making. (Diane 'Chief Sergent in charge of butty collection' made sure that lots of panthers were on butty duties so that no-one was going to go hungry after the race. Thanks to Kirsty for coming to support - hope you are fit enough to take part soon.

We came 7th out of 11 teams, and we are currently in7thplace for the series, which is really good for our first year, but what is more important is getting a team out and having some fun in the mud!

The results;
Paula Gaterell 18th
Diane Powell 26th
Sally Adams 28th
Fiona Johnson 29th (Well done by the way for Snowdon )
