We had a wonderful day out the sun was shining ( which did make it a tad hot for racing) - but it did make the mountains and lakes look at their best.This course is quite hilly but it is open to all abilities and their is also a 3 mile fun run if that sounds better. I've done this event 3 times now and it is just gorgeous, finishing in a lovely grassy field with a stream (perfect for cooling off in) and a great park for the kids to play in. We took a big picnic and lots of rugs and just had a lovely time -who is up for it next year?
