A brilliant performance by both Tanya and Nicola giving them both PB's and some well deserved Grand Prix points. It was a hot day nice for sunbathing but not nice for racing 10K, but this is a nice course with lots of fun runners taking part, maybe we could attract more from our club next year?

Everyone deserves a big congratulations for just having the courage to turn up and do this race but there were some outstanding performances on the night. Firstly Paula managed a phenomenal time considering she's just getting back to racing fitness. But I think race of the night goes to Kathryn and Claire who battled it out all the way round the course with Kathryn in the lead with less than half a mile to go but just being pipped to the post by the more experienced Claire. Well done girls hope to see you all at the next one!
